The staff member helping us (Jackie) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She put us into the sleep machine and then showed us a wide range of recommended mattresses, giving us plenty of time to make a decision. She was able to answer all our questions effectively. We were impressed with the wide range of brands and styles in the store

As soon as I entered I was greeted by a member of staff called Nav, within seconds I was taken to the smart bed and was shown the mattress of my choice, after complaining about my previous issues to Nav he proceeded to examine my posture and assess where I was going wrong, I was given. A tempur pillow to try and tonight is the first night I have had a full nights sleep PAIN FREE. My nieces and nephew were given hot chocolate and a crayon set whilst I was being consulted and everyone had left extremely happy. I will definitely be back to get a new mattress soon.

When we arrived we were instantly greeted by Nav who was very friendly and offered us a coffee and was kind enough to let us borrow the bathroom. He talked us through all the different mattresses and the calibration thing and really did find us the most comfortable mattress for us. Very good salesman as we had no plans to make a purchase for a mattress!
