i went into your store not knowing whether i wanted a mattress or complete bed and with no knowledge of what was on offer. The store assistant Jackie was so friendly and helpful. She put me at my ease and spent a lot of time with me with no pressure to rush. i was really thankful for her help and advice and walked out of the store feeling really good about may purchase.

Staff were extremely helpful but not pushy. The lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful. We were left to look around and ask for help if necessary, good old fashioned customer service which is often lacking nowadays. We were also given a nice cup of coffee so very happy with the service.

Aya was the sales assistant who assisted us on on our visit and he was truly professional and very knowledgeable about the products. My husband and I were very impressed with his service and how he explained everything in detail He is a great asset to Dreams and should be recognised for his excellent service to customers.

Staff were extremely helpful and didn’t rush us in to a decision. We were assisted very well in making a decision about which bed and frame to best suit us. Ordering and setting up payment was hassle free. I would definitely recommend Dreams and use them again in the future.

Our experience at Dreams today was of total satisfaction. Aya, the sales assistant was very thorough and knowledgeable of the products. He was very patient and he talked us through the bed analysis results with confidence but without overwhelming us with information. He was polite and kind and so were the other staff (George). I definitely would recommend others to come to Dreams first before selecting their beds so they can make a well informed decision, as we did. Thank you Aya.

Person assisting us got us a highly satisfied price for the bed and other products and fitted in time slots to meet our schedules perfectly. In this day of on line it was good to be able to visit and try out the products.
