We were greeted warmly and asked about what we were looking for. Based on our criteria, we were shown the top 3 mattresses and Ayatyllah patiently answered all of our questions. He knew a lot about the products. We were offered a drink as well.

My husband and I visited the store and were greeted warmly by Aya who asked us to give him an idea of what type of mattress we were looking for. He then went through the top 3 mattresses based on our criteria. He wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us time to arrive at a decision. Very helpful. We also bought a headboard and bed base. It was pricey but we felt confident it was a good investment for us.

Jackie at dreams In luton was very helpful abd knowledgeable and went through all the products first before we decided which ones were suitable for us. She took her time with us and was very efficient we will definatley shop at dreams again excellent customer service

Th machine that takes all of our measurements was a great touch to the experience. Our saleswoman Jackie was very friendly and not pushy. Rather than throwing things down our throat, once she showed us the mattress she left us for a while to get a good feel for the mattress on our own. At the end of finding our mattress she then told us to go and find a base that we both liked at our own leisure. There was no rushing around and no trying to get us out the door. We were very happy that we stepped in the door that day especially that we only went in there just to look!!!
