good service very warm welcome on entering store as was met with a highly qualified member of staff who did not get in my face but help loads

Nav (the member of staff looking after us) was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to understand what we needed and recommended to best products for us. He didn't make us feel rushed and I didn't feel like he was up-selling. Very happy with the excellent service we received.

We purchased our bed at hatters way Luton,upon entering the store, we were greeted by Nav, Who was so attentive of which made my husband very at ease as he doesn’t like shopping. We were offer tea or coffee of which we accepted. We were then show everything we wanted to see, with great help from Nav. I would definitely tell any of my friends or neighbours, were to go should they need a new bed. Thank you Nav very much.

I really enjoyed shopping in this store. Staff are really friendly and offered us coffee upon arrival.
