I am not easily satisfied...neither do I like being hassled by staff, but Aya was brilliant...understanding my needs without trying to sell anything that I didn't want.... great service 100%

I do not like the hard sell....or really annoying people (I've prev complained about a member of staff in your Hemel branch), however Aya and the manager at the Chaul End Lane store in Luton are amazing.....absolutely brilliant... very personable and NORMAL ..... they are both an asset
