Aya very helpful new products. Took time with us, being elderly it takes more time for us to get around store. He offered us drinks which gave us rest time. Thank you Aya very much

The customer service we received was really good from the salesperson, Aya at the Luton Hatters Way store. He took the right amount of time with us, and then gave us the space to explore for ourselves. He listened and was knowledgeable in responding to our needs. We felt really looked after and had the space to make the right decision for our mattress needs. We never felt pressured, and it felt like he really took the time to allow us to come to the right decision for ourselves. He also understood the importance of getting the decision and reassured us with the various Dreams guarantees which made us feel more confident in our purchase. He's a really great asset to your team.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We were the only people in store so did not have to wait for assistance. We were offered a drink straight away. There was a machine to test which bed would be most suited.

Signs and layout of store was very clear and information was easy to understand on each bed/mattress. Staff are friendly as well welcoming and make the whole experience easy by providing key information.

Awesome service . Excited for my delivery of my new bed

When I entered the store, I had a look around and was greeted by a member of staff named Sofi. She asked if there was anything she could help me with so I told her what I was looking for. She then took me to the Sleepmatch station which was able to give me a recommendation and from this, Sofi showed me a range of mattresses which fit this criteria. I was given a chance to test the mattresses without feeling pressured which I greatly appreciated. After I had a chance to try out the mattresses and select the one I liked, Sofi showed me a range of divans and headboards which I was able to choose from. The pricing up was quick and efficient and I was taken through each step in a detailed manner to make sure I was clear with everything, including delivery options. All in all, a very satisfying visit where I managed to get everything I wanted.
