Jackie was lovely ! We didn’t know what firmness we needed so with all the social distancing measures & Covid regulations she put us on the firmness finder then let us try a selection of beds she thought would suit. Once we found one we liked she allowed us to lay there for 10 minutes before we decided to purchase. Jackie was a wealth of knowledge & a lovely pleasant individual. Everything was easy & no pressure or feeling rushed ! Would definitely go back !

I met with Aya who was very helpful, polite and took time to listen to what I would like. He had laready helped me towards a particular type of mattress for my needs and then recommended the sleep assessnet. This was an interestimng experience and really helped to focus me towards a choice between a final two mattresses. I opted for the Dreams made mattress and it was ordered and choice made within a really short space of time. I was impressed by the staff in general and by Aya in particular. What an easy way to choose! I have already recommended this store to my neighbour who will no doubt visit soon. Thank you for an easy experience of bed shopping!

We were looking for advise on buying a new mattress. Kamran asked us questions and took us over to the area with suitable mattresses. He gave us advice on how to test them out. He gave us plenty of time and didn't pressure us at any point. He also gave us other options to try out too. We felt completely comfortable in his company.
