Jackie was lovely ! We didn’t know what firmness we needed so with all the social distancing measures & Covid regulations she put us on the firmness finder then let us try a selection of beds she thought would suit. Once we found one we liked she allowed us to lay there for 10 minutes before we decided to purchase. Jackie was a wealth of knowledge & a lovely pleasant individual. Everything was easy & no pressure or feeling rushed ! Would definitely go back !
