The computerised bed was very helpful but Naveed the store assistant was even more helpful. He was informative without being pushy and helped me make a good choice of product. The atmosphere in the store was relaxing, which I'm sure was your very sensible intention. The mattress was delivered upstairs today by two very polite and friendly guys. 10/10 all round. Thank you.
