Dreams - Lowestoft

The staff of the Lowestoft store were so friendly, we were welcomed into the store but did not feel badgered, offered advice and then given space to discuss and look with reasurance that Steven and his colleagues were close by if we wanted them. We were offered drinks and when we put in our order were made to feel comfortable offered drinks again and given a time frame in which the order process would take. (Probably longer than usual) as it was like chatting with friends. Thankyou Dreams and well done Lowestoft!! I'll be back 😉

We were placed on the machine to see what type of mattress suits us, offered coffee, shown the mattress that suit us, very friendly staff.

We were given the opportunity to try the electronic sleep-match (?) bed which was excellent and helped with our product choice. Wendy, the store manager was very polite, knowledgeable and engaging. She gave us time to try several mattresses, provided useful advice and answered all our questions to help us selected the best mattresses for us and the environment (which was one of our requirements).

Excellent and knowledgeable assistance was provided.

Our visit was made very straightforward and easy.

We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams Lowestoft because we were addressed politely straight away. We were given options of different price choices, a piece of equipment was used to help with the correct mattress choice. We tried various mattress and were offered a super comfy pillow. We did not feel rushed or pressured and it was a pleasant experience. We were offered drinks. We purchased a mattress two pillows and an insurance policy. We would recommend Dreams Lowestoft

The welcome received, the knowledge of the staff about the products thus encouraging me to purchase the bed which was right for me. Could not fault anything through the whole process would recommend anybody to go to Dreams for a bed.
