Roger at the Lowestoft store was very welcoming, knowledgeable and understood my needs. He kindly offered refreshment, explained the purchase and delivery process simply and was able to process the order quickly with the minimum of fuss.

All the staff were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. They spent plenty of time with us understanding our needs. Wish all store staff were like Dreams staff.

We used the bed assessment machine which was great and led us to the most comfortable mattress we have tried. It's taken us about a year to select a mattress and we finally found a gel one in store that catered for both myself and my wife's needs
