The staff, Hugo and Richard, were friendly, helpful with excellent product knowledge. We were given plenty of time and left to make our own decisions in the end. its rare to find such help and support available these days. It was a unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Stephen was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us from the minute we entered and spent a lot of time assisting us while we tried several beds, some we tried several times. He helped us find a bed that we both needed and made us feel welcome the whole time.

I was attended to straight away and explained my requirements and requested for help in deciding which bed I should go for. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and advised that I try out the machine for guidance on which beds would be suitable for me. This took some time but the salesman was very patient as I tried the suggested mattress qualities. Once decided, the paperwork was carried out efficiently and everything explained to me.

Helpfulness and knowledge of staff, range of products.

The manager and assistant were very friendly, did not make us feel pressured, they even stayed open later for us on two occasions. We were offered tea/coffee both visits. Their knowledge was excellent.
