I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered your Northquay Retail Park Lowestoft store. I explained my specific needs and was offered a thorough analysis of the most suitable mattress taking several body measurements using a very comfortable computerised bed. The result were then patiently explained (never knew there was so much to it) and the various options discussed whilst drinking a nice cup of coffee. At no stage was I made to feel rushed and I feel with Richard's professional advice an excellent choice of bed and mattress was made.

Richard the Manager dealt with us, he was very knowledgable and gave us great advice, not too pushy, just the right amount of interaction

Hugo spent a good amount of time with us explaining the options most suited to our needs ,he was charming and we did not feel we were being given the hard sell..in fact he made the whole process of choosing a new mattress quite fun!

From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I walked out it was a total pleasure -Hugo greeted me and asked if I needed any help at all, he explained how the mattress machine worked and then showed me the mattresses that would best suit me, he told me to take as long as I wanted to select the right mattress. I was even offered a tea/coffee. Extremely helpful, I didn't feel pressured at all (as I had been in other stores). I would definitely come back.

The friendliness of the staff made the experience. The three members of staff were all friendly and took the time to explain about the mattresses we were looking for. Being friendly goes a long way with me these days as all to often you don’t get the service you deserve. Considering we only went in for a look we ended up spending £1000+.... we left the shop still smiling too!

Everyone in store was very happy to help us with finding the perfect items for us. I’m also very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to receive them :)

From the marketing gimic of choosing the right bed and the right pillow to the time of placing the order we could not fault the salesman

Well laid out store, good choice of products. The member of staff, Stephen, who dealt with our order was extremely helpful but not intrusive. We were able to purchase a bed and headboard of good quality and within our price range.
