The mattress type assessment was helpful and the assistance of Hugo the staff member was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Also good range of beds a fair price.

I was approached with a friendly and gentle manner when entering the Lowestoft branch. Hugo was friendly, with a great character! After experiencing the mattress match machine (wow!) I was shown a selection of mattresses to suit my given result. I was given time to think over the mattresses and make an informed decision. Overall, I was genuinely extremely pleased with the customer serviced I experienced. Hugo a fantastic asset to the Dreams team!

Michaela the shop assistant and Hugo the manager were absolutely charming, I was made to feel nothing was any trouble, they explained the technology of the mattress's and allowed me the time to try out all the different types of mattress that suited my needs with no pressure selling. I spent a good hour and half in the store during which I was made to feel my needs in my search for a mattress was a priority. The service I received and the friendlyness of the staff made me smile for the rest of my day, they were really nice people and made me feel my custom and satisfaction was their priority. I was treated very well and will be telling friends and family about the excellent service I received.

From the moment we walked in the Dreams Team were friendly informative and helpful in helping us make the right decision. She listened to what we currently had and then took us through the mattress simulator to help narrow down the choices - I only popped in to see how much it would be but because they were so easy to talk to and it was fun we thought we might as well get one now rather than wait!!! Not horrible pushy sales people that to be honest put me right off buying anything …. but great peoples people hence why we made our purchase plus bed linen and pillows too!!! Lowestoft Store is the DREAMS TEAM!!!!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a big smile from the lovely Hugo. He made the experience of finding the perfect bed fun. He assessed our needs and gave some great advice .. this was all whilst managing to entertain our 4 year old daughter so we could try out mattresses. Hugo is a credit to your team at Dreams.
