Great customer service

Both members of staff who i spoke to over 2 days,Richard and Hugo both went out of their way to assist with our choice of mattress and bed,both are a real asset to the store.

We were greeted with out a moment to spare with infectious enthusiasm as soon as we walked into the store. This sealed the deal. There was no way I was leaving the store with out something to take home. We went and assessed my sleeping position to find a suitable mattress using a wizard bed. We then spent some time testing all the options recommended to me by the wizard bed. It was a ‘Dream’. Michaela knew all the ins and outs of every mattresses like she had hand made them her self. This sold the mattress. We also got to test some pillows as we tested the mattress which made the whole decision making process that much more exciting. We then had chosen mattress, frames and pillows to then be told there was a sale on. My head nearly fell clean off. I left a happy customer. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been looking for a bed for sometime. We have looked at various beds at various shops but found that the service offered by your staff was excellent. Not only were they able to advise us as to types of bed, but they knew their product and answere all our questions. We loved the free ride on the dream machine( The machine that measures whta would be best for us). We returned three times and spoke to the same person, who was always helpful.

The time and attitude of your employees ( Michaela and Richard) was excellent and very professional. I could not fault them on their work. Offered us tea and coffee also, which was a plus.

Quick and efficient service. Polite and friendly staff. All very helpful with our needs in looking for a new mattress.

Hugo was very welcoming and very knowledgeable on all aspects of mattresses and bases. He was also very generous with his time to make sure that we were entirely happy with our choice. If you are only just thinking about buying a new bed, we recommend that you go and see Hugo at Lowestoft as you will not be disappointed!
