The salesman who we dealt with was very friendly, he firstly offered us both drinks, explained the product in-depth, showed us how to use the machine to assist us with the options for our new mattress, letting us try as many as we wished.

Great customer service as soon as we walked in. We knew what we wanted so it was fairly easy process but we were still shown other products to make sure we were happy with everything.

Hugo couldn’t have been more helpful he was with another customer when we walked in to the store but quickly found an opportunity to tell us he would be with us ASAP his professionalism and product knowledge was second to none. The retail industry needs more Hugo’s for sure!

The member of staff Hugo was friendly and welcoming. He asked our first names (my daughters too) and remembered our names when we returned to store a few hours later. Hugo made the experience fun & enjoyable with his jokes and didn’t pressure us at all.
