Dreams - Lowestoft

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who served me, but she was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My son is Autistic and she talked him through laying on the bed to test what mattress he needed and was just fantastic. I went in the next day to order (once i had confirmed measurements at home) and the lady straight away told me the quote I’d been given the day previously was now going to be cheaper as an offer had come on over night. I can’t stress enough how lovely and helpful the lady was. I really feel she should be working in the NHS as she was so good with people, I could do with her working with me and some of my patients!!

The store is very clean, bright, spacious, and well organised. The sales assistant was was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and went to great lengths to ensure I was able to make the right choice for me, without being pressured into purchasing. The order and payment transaction was processed quickly and effectively.

We entered Dreams having tried a number of other mattress manufactures. I was at the point of giving up, having assumed we were just not going to be able to find a mattress that suited us. The colleague in store was friendly and helpful, and went through the various options we had available. We were very pleased with the service we received.

We tried out the sleep match machine which we found was very helpful in finding the right mattress. We then tried a range of different styles before settling on the one we liked the most. We were not hassled by the colleague but he was there to answer questions we had.

Having visited the Lowestoft branch with no clue as to what we were after. We were greeted by the lovely, knowledgeable and helpful Charlie. She asked all the relevant questions, offered us the chance to use your 'sleep match' system which, along with Charlie's advice pointed us to several options. We did shop around several other different bed shops that day but decided that even though we found comparable items elsewhere, the quality of service from Charlie and the quality of the bed made paying the extra worth every penny. Michaela in the Lowestoft Dreams Store was very helpful and attentive. She was extremely knowledgeable of the Dream Products that we were interested in and was able to share this with us. Michaela’s customer service was outstanding as she was able to understand mine and my partner’s needs. She promptly introduced us to the sleep motion machine so we were able to be analysed for our bed requirements. Michaela was very patient, kind and friendly. We were even offered a bottle of water as a free refreshment in store. We were highly satisfied with the Dreams service. First class. We were also able to have a little giggle- Michaela if you are reading this, Michaela is the lady with the red hair and her colleague is in her 30’s ;)
