Dreams - Lowestoft

My wife and I were highly satisfied with the greeting from hugo as we stepped into the store and for his knowledge of the product and his expert sales approach. At no point did we feel pressured into making a sale as we may of experienced in other stores of a different name .

Very helpful, able to understand what I needed and show me my options, delivery time better than I had been given by other stores

Hugo was so helpful and friendly from start to finish, he also made our 10 year old son feel welcome and included him in the sale showing him the mattress to take us too next. This really helped as we didn’t feel rushed in choosing the mattress we felt was right for us.

I went in not knowing what type of mattress I needed as I had lower back pain. The lady working took time listening and gave some great advice, she really knew her job and had great knowledge. She recommended me and my partner tried the bed machine which found the suitable mattresses for our needs. We were very impressed the technology available. Left the shop very happy and are excited for our new mattress and bed.

When we visited today, we were not intending on buying a new mattress, on a previous visit we had noticed you sold the ‘Eve’ mattress so our purpose today was to try it out again. When we entered the store we personally tried not to engage with the staff as we just wanted to nip in and out after testing the mattress. However Hugo at the store did engage with us and grabbed our attention instantly from his witty, friendly charm. We found out the Eve mattress isn’t supplied by Dreams anymore and were shown better alternatives. We were served by both Hugo and Michaela and the whole experience was joyful and pleasant. I really do feel the Dreams has their overall customer experience nailed down, it’s brilliant and it always shows when employees also care. An absolute pleasure to by a mattress from you.

Staff were patient, friendly, knowledgable, gave us all the different options, happy to wait and go back and forwards between several products several times. Didn’t feel pushed into buying anything.

From the time we entered the shop to the time we left, i felt like we were the only customers in the store..warm welcoming salesperson, highly knowledgeable and even offered a hot beverage..

The staff Hugo and Michaella were very helpful helping us to get the right mattress for our needs. They were very knowledgeable and friendly in their approach and we left feeling we had got the product that was right for us.

Me and my husband were greeted as soon as we entered the store, and the Dreams colleague Hugo was very attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to find us a bed and mattress we found comfortable, and we didn't at all feel pressurised to make a purchase. Luckily we were thrilled with what Hugo had suggested, and we were very very happy to make the purchase! It was our first time visiting Dreams, and we will definitely be returning, great great service.
