Hugo was knowledgable and understanding of what we wanted and was very pleasant to speak to and sort out order :)

We walked into the store - a tad overwhelmed by the various mattresses available (despite being very clearly labelled compared to other places we had visited. Hugo came to greet us and asked if we required assistance - from that first moment, the whole experience of purchasing a mattress was not only simplified, but really made enjoyable as Hugo made us feel at ease, taking us through the whole procedure, offering cups of teas and bless him, if he had any Portuguese custard tarts, am sure he would have provided those too. I would certainly recommend Dreams Lowestoft store to anyone.

Customer service was amazing , staff where very helpful. Overall experience was very good as a first time buyer for a bed.

We was assisted by the lovely Hugo today who helped us pick out the best mattress suited for us and a bed frame to go with this amongst other items as well, he was very friendly - he made the purchase very easy and enjoyable for us - could not of asked for anyone better to help us buy our first bed for our first home.

We had first visited this store back in May 2018 enquiring about mattresses. We spoke to Hugo who gave us his card and a ref no regarding the product we had looked at. We decided to place an order this time based on what we had seen from our first visit and additional help on this visit.
