Friendly staff which were very knowledgeable and patient.

Myself and my partner Scott visited your Lowestoft store on Saturday . We were greeted with a happy and smiling Michaela who assisted us through everything we needed. She was not pushy and really took the time to understand what it is we wanted. All of the staff were friendly and we now can’t wait to receive our new items.

Hugo who served us was very helpful and talked through everything with us thoroughly and made us feel at ease

Nice greeting with no sales pressure. Knowledgeable staff who took an interest in what we where looking for in a mattress showing us several designs and what their plusses and minuses were in comfort.

Popped in the day before, Manager really helpful, then on the day: Michaela was a star... wife in wheelchair, and with disabilities, this meant we were less able to move between beds, but Michaela very understanding and gave us space when we needed it and helped when we needed it too... a really good balance, so rare these days... Excellent

Store manager was very helpful and Polite And knew exactly what I needed after I explained Nothing was too Much trouble for him I would recommend Dreams
