Hugo was fantastic from start to finish. Finished processing the sale after the store had closed, but me and my wife wouldn’t have known it, he had all the time in the world for us.

Me and my partner went into dreams and a staff member Michaela a while back showed me the mattresses that we we're purchasing and we got to try the mattress me and my partner today 16th Oct 2019 went into dreams to order mattress we were offered a drink from ginger and Stephen we got excellent customer service .

Hugo was attentive without being annoying. He was polite and friendly. He listened carefully to our needs so we didn't have to keep repeating ourselves. He was also understanding about our son's special needs, and was patient with him. A great customer experience
