I would have to say it comes down the the staff, both the staff had an amazing knowledge of the products and made us feel so comfortable. Thanks again to Hugo and the second Gentlemen who’s name escapes me.

Friendliness of staff and had a good choice of goods

The staff were friendly, they didn't pressurise us into buying anything. We were able to laugh and joke with them.

We visited the same Dreams store a few times before we finally decided on which bed we would like and each time we were greeted by the same member of staff (Hugo) who was very polite and helpful and remembered who we were and what our needs were.

My nanny is moving house very soon so it was a big rush to find the perfect bed and mattress for her. The staff were brilliant and the choice was amazing at great prices. Would highly recommend. She left the store feeling very happy.
