We were welcomed in the store and left to browse before an assistant asked if we wanted help. The assistant was knowledgable about the beds and assisted us with making a decision and was extremely polite and helpful without being pushy.

Looked after very well by Hugo. Above and beyond expectations. Asked if we wanted a drink more than once. Very friendly guy.

As soon as we came into the store we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help with anything. After speaking and finding the mattress we were interested in someone named Stephen went through all our queries and also went through pillows as we were not sure what we wanted. He was really friends and made us a coffee each. He suggested the sleepmatch machine but we had already used this during a previous visit so already knew what we wanted. Very helpful and polite !

Staff did not pressure you as you entered the store and allowed you some time before approaching. The staff member that served us (Stephen) was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, once we decided on our purchases he allowed time for us to discuss things on our own whilst he confirmed the pricing details. The payment process allowed time to confirm all the various aspects of delivery, insurance etc. It is the first time we have used Dreams but if this visit is typical we will surely be using the company again.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and very pleasant, every time we visited the store. And they weren't over pushing for a sale. A very pleasant experience.
