Very friendly and professional service. We were very well looked after and shown a range of products that would suit our needs. Staff were not pushy and went above and beyond what was expected.

We dread shopping for large items as both in 70’s walking with sticks! We were looked after by Stephen and he could not have been more thorough and patient we selected almost exactly what we were looking for the whole experience was professional and painless now the proof of the pudding will be in the eating or in this case the sleeping! Big thankyou to Stephen for his time and consideration!

as soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help then we were given the option to have our sleep position analysed which we did then we tried the mattresses out which were recommended and others and found the one for us, we were offered tea while we were waiting for the order to be processed

Hugo was very helpful when we visited the lowesoft branch. Taked us through it and gave us plenty of time to make our minds up. Did not presure us in anyway. Every question we answered he had a response. Very very helpful!
