Sales person very knowledgeable about products and helpful

Excellent knowledgeable staff who quickly understood what I was looking for, answered all my questions and who were efficient, polite and very friendly

The salesperson was very helpful, as we were confused on what type of mattress we needed, but after using the bed analyser. We soon had an idea of what we needed

We were given time to look around with no sales pressure. When we had question an assistant was quickly available and knowledgeable. We were again given time to make our decision with no pressure. Really friendly helpful staff, who answered all our questions and made us feel really valued as customers.

Michaela in the lowestoft branch was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly, and made the whole experience very pleasant. She took the time to fully understand our requirements and budget, and was very good with our young son who we had in store with us. Despite not being our local store (we were in lowestoft visiting family) we will seriously consider another trip to that very store next time we require anything bed related to receive the same service again. Cannot fault anything - even got a cup of tea!

I was very pleased with the knowledge the staff had during my visit. The young girl who helped us couldn't do more, was very friendly and polite. She also offered us a tea, coffee or water, while she was putting our order in. My daughter who is 6 was also given these Olympic reading books when we were on our way out which made her very happy. All 3 of your staff on that day, we're all lovely and a credit to your store at lowestoft

Greeted as soon as we entered store. Used the bed sleep tech to assess needs. Overall very satisfied with the assistance and help

Member of staff was polite and offered her assistance straight away. She spent time with us to find out exactly what we wanted and gave us a variety of options.
