Was given assistance straight away to find correct mattress to suit me & everything was dealt with quickly but thoroughly.

We were served by Hugo who was an absolute diamond in helping us find the perfect bed and base. Are names are Jasmine and Lewis and we would highly recommend the Lowestoft branch. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable and you are made to feel welcome. We were offered drinks upon entering the store and asked whether we needed any assistance. We were shown the dreams bed programme that analyses which bed would suit your needs and was very impressed with the technology. We were happy with our delivery time scale and the staffs product knowledge in regards to what extras were available to us. We took out the warranty policy for £45 which covers us for the 8 years and will definitely be returning in the future for further products and accessories. Thank you for making our experience easy and memorable and we look forward to our first good nights sleep.

Great service

We were extremely satisfied with our visit to the store, we were served by Hugo and he couldn’t of been more helpful if he tried, he welcomed me and my partner in with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were in the shop for about an hour, he explained everything in so much detail and made sure he found the right mattress to suit us. The process was very quick and easy and we were extremely happy with our visit at dreams. Hugo’s customer service was spot on, defiantly need more people like him. We will defiantly be returning to dreams again.

Went into the Lowestoft Store twice as first time just looking. Stephen served me both times. Was very friendly and helpful. Found us the perfect mattress. His boss also gave us wonderful cakes

The Dreams staff were very helpful, we tried their technology bed, that showed what mattress was better for us. and gave us information so that we could decide in our own time which mattress to go for, without any pressure from them.

Polite staff, friendly and very accommodating. Hugo is a credit to the store, his personality shines through and he really was such a lovely employee. Richard is also very knowledgeable.

We walked into the shop, started to browse mattresses one member of staff spoke to us and got us to try a few beds out, then the store manager approached us, he recommended that we use the sleepmatch, which we did use and we got a result out from it, then tried out another 4 mattresses but we found the right one we was happy with. We were made a tea and coffee while we waited for a about 2 minutes for a free desk to complete purchase, the last colleague who completed the purchase was very helpful and had great customer service, our whole experience was superb, we had four members of staff who helped us from start to finish very happy and will return in the future.
