Hugo was fantastic he helped us with anything we needed and entertained our kids who loved him. Hugo just went the extra mile!

Friendly and polite staff who greated us and asked if we wanted help but also gave us time on our own to discuss amongst ourselves our thoughts. They were knowledgeable about their range of products and the wider field. Very satisfied with the store and both staff on duty at the time of visit.

Outstanding professional gentleman Hugo was kind and very helpful yes a good explainer of how the bed testing machine works also very relaxing almost had a snooze , oh and coffee / tea made for us over all 10/10

We were welcomed by a team member, who, although very helpful, was not overly pushy. The team were extremely helpful and answered all our questions, showing expert knowledge of their products.

As soon as we walked in the door Hugo gave us a warm friendly greeting. He offered us a drink tea or coffee but not prosseco lol. He then took his time to find out what we wanted. We Were then taken to the sleep machine . Then we were offered several mattresses to try . I liked the first one we tried so we tried a few more but went back to the first one that Hugo showed us. My husband has a bad back and I have back and hip problems. So we are both looking forward to a good nights sleep. Hugo was very professional and knew his products and he listened to what we wanted . Please pass on our thanks to him for the lovely service he gave us he is a credit to your team.
