We found your staff at the Lowestoft store very helpfull in helping us to choose a new bed and mattress and not at all pushy and we would certainly buy from them again.

From our first interaction with the staff it was all really good. Michaela was very friendly and extremely helpful; I was with my 21 year old son and we both wanted different types of mattress so she checked our needs on the tester bed and then showed us the options. Michaela was very knowledgeable and very clear in her explanations which gave us both real confidence in choosing. She was also very patient when explaining the finance options (all a bit tricky as I was signing up for the finance, but then my son would be paying me monthly for his share). I never once felt pressurised about any aspect of the transaction. It really was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time...we even had a few laughs along the way!
