The staff were very friendly and welcoming and put me and my partner at ease , he gave us ample time and the relative information to choose the correct mattres for us , we couldn't be happier with the staff and the service , hugo is a real credit to your store .

We were helped as soon as we arrived in the store. Was advised which mattresses would be the best to try. Tried the “mechanical bed” and informed what mattress would suit, excellent idea. Was left to choose our mattress and didn’t feel pressurised at all. Hugo was very helpful, all in all a pleasant experience and would thoroughly recommend this shop. Off to play golf now😊

The young man Stephen was very good, the bed is for my Mum and she can become very not sure saying yes that’s good then I don’t like it, Stephen was very helpful with my Mum she has altziemers and extremely patient. He looked after us extremely well listened to myMum at all times, for me to see this was great, we thanked him but please thank him again for me. Stephen Lowestoft store.

I was first greeted by “Hugo” he was extremely friendly, and talked me through the options of the criteria I asked for. He gave brilliant advice and had full knowledge of all the products I wanted to purchase. He carried my mattress to the car and couldn’t have helped more.
