Dreams - Lowestoft

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful colleague (Hugo) as we entered the store, he was very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements, put us through the bed test machine making this in general a very pleasant experience.

Hugo was very professional and couldn’t help us enough, offering us refreshment on arrival and again half way though our visit to the Dreams store in Lowestoft.

Hugo is the man and makes lovely coffee.

Walked into store and was instantly made to feel comfortable. Brought the best mattress I could have done for my 2 year old all thanks to the wonderful Hugo from the Lowestoft store

I was highly satisfied with the service we were given. My partner and I were shown to the sleep dream machine and shown how it works as we were not sure of what mattress to get. After we had chosen our mattress, Hugo was very informative about how we could pay and explained it enough so we understood fully what we could do. He was very friendly and he put us at ease about our purchase. Would definitely recommend dreams to other people for their products and fantastic customer service.
