I visited the Lowestoft branch on a couple of occasions and was served and looked after extremely well by Hugo. He made me feel very welcome in the store, was very friendly and approachable and gave me the best advice he could to help me with my back issues with buying a new bed. Upon the 2nd visit he welcomed me with a big smile and even remembered my name and how I take my coffee! Extremely satisfied all round, will definitely recommend customers to that branch thanks to Hugo. You’ve made a hard working chef look forward to their bed even more so with buying the best mattress I could for my back problems. As a company you should value Hugo’s work as if it wasn’t for him treating me the way he did I probably wouldn’t have purchased anything in the store.

We entered store, a lady was sitting at the desk but didn’t acknowledge us. A man, Hugo, appeared from the back of the store and asked if we needed help. He suggested using the sleepmatch analysis facility. After this he indicated the mattresses it suggested and went as far as using a sales pitch around pillows. We were offered a drink whilst browsing. His knowledge of the products came across as professional. Whilst we said we wanted to look elsewhere before purchasing he took the time to check delivery availability so that we were aware when comparing with other outlets.
