Today my Gran and I were served by Hugo - who had a lovely, polite manner and all the patients when speaking to my Gran. His customer service was wonderful - he was friendly to appraoch and very knowledgable.

Hugo, the man who assisted us at the Dreams store at North Quay in Lowestoft not only listened to myself and my needs but considered my 3 year old son Noah who was with us at the time of the visit. Hugo talked me through different mattress options and different payment options, he entertained my son and made us all feel very welcome and at ease. I left the store feeling happy with the experience of visiting the store, feeling satisfied that I'd purchased what I needed and relaxed that it had gone so smoothly.

This is the first time we have purchased a matteress from a specalist store and did not know really the type we needed. Staff were very helpful, listened to our needs and offered a range for us to try.
