We were met by one of the dreams colleagues “Hugo” Who was extremely friendly and understood the issue we were facing with the transaction as it was an issue with the credit company. I cannot stress enough how calm, polite and helpful Hugo was during this time, in total we spent 2/3 hours in the store with Hugo whilst he resolved the issue for us so that we could purchase our dream dreams bed frame. He could not do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble, I have personally never seen such amazing customer service.
