Dreams - Lowestoft

Hugo really sold it to us! What a credit to your company he is. He didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked in (which I hate) but after a few minutes looking he was welcoming, friendly and very professional. He asked our needs, explained the procedure around hygiene due to the corona virus and offered a selection of mattresses and bed frames that suited our requirements. The items we brought were for my daughter and he explained everything to her in a child friendly way and made her feel at ease when she felt a little uncomfortable/shy about laying on the beds. Great service from start to finish!

Our visit to Dreams was excellent. Amazing assistance was provided by Hugo! Hugo was friendly and extremely helpful. He asked all the right questions to help us friend a mattress and pillows that suited our needs. The products seem to be a perfect fit and within our price range. We didn’t feel like we were being pressed to spend more or buy the most expensive product. Hugo was extremely informative and tailored our shopping experience to our requirements. We would definitely shop here again.

I was served by Hugo and Michaela, they were very friendly, chatty and listened what we wanted. They provided brilliant social distancing and hygiene throughout our visit. All information was discussed and we were able to go away with different options to think about what we wanted to later pick which was best for us. Really brilliant service provided.
