Hugo was Fantastic. As soon as he realised that the bed was for our daughter Miley, he spent time talking to her, and getting her to try the bed and pillows to make sure that she was comfortable. He got her to use the remote control to make the tv go up and down so that she completely understood how to use her new bed. He kept her amused whilst we were completing the finance and was so helpful. Not only this, but we left with matching Bedside cabinets to go with the new tv bed and mattress as well as new pillows, and a mattress protector for her new bed. We were so pleased that he also asked us if we needed anything and we ended up leaving with the most amazing pillows too!! He was the best Assistant we have ever had and are overwhelmed with the service he gave us. My daughter actually turned round when we left the store and said " Hugo was so nice wasn't he mummy, so nice I might just call him up for a chat." We will definitely be back again the next time we need a bed. This is the second purchase we have made. I just hope Hugo is still there to help again. Thank you so much.
