It was an incredibly friendly service offered by both Hugo and the store manager throughout our shopping experience. We felt incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout. We were able to have time to discuss things independently as well as with the store staff without feeling rushed and forced into buying particular products. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable and we will definitely recommend to others.
