Dreams - Lowestoft

The 2 members of staff were very thorough with guiding us too our needs in the mattress. We were offered a cup of coffee within 2 minutes of entering the store. The friendliness was apparent from both members and their knowledge of the products was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions in the correct manner.

Staff were fab really helpful but not pushy. The electronic bed machine was really clever and made our decision a lot easier

The store team were amazing taking time to understand what we were looking for. They took the time to explain all the 'jargon' that had confused us whilst looking online, we were so impressed with them rather than looking elsewhere we decided to buy then and there. We didn't feel like we were forced to only look at the most expensive ones, or that they were rewarded by sales numbers.

The young lady sales person was very informative and explained different aspects of the different types of mattress. We were invited to use the digital test bed, which we did and after which we were shown and tried different mattresses before we chose the one we bought. We found it altogether a very satisfying experience without being pressured.
