Hugo (our assistant) was brilliant he explained about the sleep tester and came up with a few ideas which could be beneficial for me as I suffer with servere back problems. He explained how different mattresses work and how beneficial they would be for my sleep patterns. He also used humour and was extremely polite

Both Hugh and Jason were exceptionally helpful and to be frank, could not have made the same any better. My Mother was a tad anxious while being in there but they did so much to make her feel comfortable. Exemplary.
