The Staff at the Lowestoft Store was so helpful and fantastic, I explained what I was in need over the phone and told me I can get a memory form matteress that day if I popped into the store. As soon as I arrived I told them I spoke to them over the phone and they recognised the call straight away and showed me where to look. A lovely lady who worked there was extremely helpful and told me what the difference was in prices, she helped me saved a lot of money which was beneficial for me and a lovely gentleman helped carried the mattress to the desk and went to get a mattresses protector aswell. Definitely would buy from this store again. Well done to the staff 👏

Our assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and gave us full attention and time to make our decision on preference of mattress firmness we also bought pillows that were recommended for us and it has made a huge difference to our sleeping.

We visited 3 bed shops overall. Richard was attentive but not pushy, helped us "think around" our needs, outlined clear options. This was the only shop we visited that put a protective cover on the bed.

Phoned up for a product, the lady was very helpful and we were able to go and pick the item up straight away.
