We were taken to many mattresses and explained the type that best suits our needs, all questions answered not rushed at all. Offered welcomed us, offered drink, pillows to try and sleep match

Very happy right from entering the store...staff were welcoming but not overbearing. As soon as we wanted assistance they were fully available to talk. Item we wanted was so new, it wasn't actually available to order straight away, but details were taken, and we were then called as soon as it was available.

Sales assistant polite, available, hepful and knowledgeable.

The members of staff were very helpful and very understanding and made us feel very welcome, they gave us loads of option and the best to suit our requirements and was very pleased with everything they did.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in everyone was very polite. Could not fault the customer service. We werent rushed or pushed into anything the lady listened to what we wanted and helped us find it( sorry camt remember her name) very happy with our visit and purchase

We where greeted well and allowed to walk around and lay on beds to try them out with nobody pushing us and when we had narrowed it down to 3 - 4 items then had a very helpful man to help us make our final choice
