Richard was really really helpful, friendly and got the problem solved as best as he could and in a timely fashion! I would be more than happy to deal with him in the future. Before this call with Richard I spoke to another advisor who did not phone me back as promised which was disappointing but I hope this does not reflect on Richard at all.
