The assistant was brilliant, without a doubt. Had good knowledge, polite and did not rush. The more negative points were, even with 'opening store discount' it really was more than I hoped to spend. As a single mum with 3 children, during the holidays it left me with a sleepless night last night. Obviously, I need/want a bed (I currently sleep on a mattress on the floor) The issue I had was, I know online I could get a similar product for a cheaper price. However, seeing the product and quality means hopefully it will last longer. This is the only reason I went through the purchase and will now be spending the next 9months paying installments back to my dad. The other thing I was disappointed with and, had I of known before the payment I would NOT have purchased was the length of delivery time. The first available date is 14th of September. I thought maximum 2 weeks wait but not over 4 weeks. This needs to be explained before purchase is complete. As I said, on a positive, Hugo was brilliant. Took time, genuine and caring. What he is working with let the situation down.

i was told that the free pillow offer was discontinued because tempur had withdrawn it but competitors hadn't which meant the overall price was increased

This is a new store and the staff were not really sure of how the computer system worked PLUS they were having great difficulties with the printer/printing!! The item I particularly wanted had not yet been received for store display and when the order was placed, there were none available in stock so still not sure that I will get my goods on the requested delivery date!! So cannot assess quality as item NOT seen!!

Went in to buy a single mattress. The one I chose was on offer at £549, unfortunately the sales assistant ordered a 4ft mattress, although I did query the price. When I realised the mistake the sales assistant was apologetic however the other senior female sales assistant was very rude & made me feel that it was my fault the wrong one had been ordered. I asked for her name but she said I had Shannon’s name 🤷🏼‍♀️

Visited the store on 15th December, advised delivery was scheduled for 4th February. Got to the 4th February, delivery didn't arrive. Was told over the phone delivery had been rescheduled for 18th February and there was nothing you could do about it. You was supposed to send us an email advising of the new date but was told this was not sent and Dreams accepted it was their mistake. We was left without a bed as we had disposed of our old one. The store did supply us with an inflatable bed, but my wife and I found this very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with your service.
