Went to store to try out the item we wanted to buy but they did not have one in the store so it was a wasted journey, we could have ordered on line. Only benefit was we were given some free pillows. We were assured that if the mattress was not comfortable we could change it so we ordered without having tried it.

It took a good few moments to assistant to offer help, I had to ask after 10/15 minutes looking myself, the colour of the item was not in stock for 3 weeks so I had no choice but to have in alternative colour as I needed item quickly which was available in 5 days. The assistants once asked where very friendly and helpful and polite just would be nice if was asked if I was needing any help.

i did feel the young man wasn't quite as friendly and experienced as the gentleman i met in store two days earlier he was the reason i went back to the store as he was very kind, but the young man who served me was very good too.

The store was fine, the staff very informative and great service, however the item I wanted delivered was nearly a 2 week wait and not available in store for me to take which was disappointing

There was no problem with our experience,there is always room for improvement. The staff were friendly and not pushy and gave us time to look and think about our purchase.

Wasn't offered the option of having the bed built for us or having our old bed taken away.
