The lady who served me was good meanwhile her colleague behind her was messing about and being really annoying

Long lead time for a standard stock item.

Wanted to view everything. Some items were not in store.

I only bought the item as it was at a discounted price. I have visited other shops where by the products were significantly cheaper.

I was not shown the terms and conditions until after paying for the goods

Although the manager who served me was very polite and chatty, she just took my order straight forward, there was an offer on of 15% off if you spent over £300, and although I knew about this from looking online it wasn’t pointed out to me whilst my order was taken in the shop. The bed frame I ordered was £299 so just £1.00 short. Whilst I knew this was the case it would have been nice if maybe I was offered a free pillow ... I had been looking at various different companies over the Easter weekend for bedframes and had narrowed it down to two .. one from Dreams and one from another company the other bed frame that I could have chosen was in fact £60 cheaper but I decided to go with Dreams as the bed frame had a lower foot frame.

Very satisfied with the staff in store,very friendly and professional,Michaela and Hugo. And not satisfied with the condition the matress was dlivered.The plastic cover was covered in dust and dirt,which left dirty marks on the carpet on my stairs and walls,because the delivery men were dragging it.For the amount of money that I have paid expected to come in perfect condition.

Good instore ambience , and polite helpful service

There was only two people working in the shop at the time. And had to wait abit of time till they finshed with another customer.

I was simply buying a mattress. This was not a life changing moment.
