I requested the removal of mattress and given a bag to put the old one in but upon delivery was told it wasn’t on the order so spent 30 mins in the phone trying to sort it

Advisers were very friendly until I mentioned the student discount then the manager seemed to be disinterested. Hugo was my sales person and was exceptional. After sometime trying to sort out the student discount I was left feeling undervalued and an inconvenience which has tainted my experience.

The price of the products was very expensive, and the movement with offers such as free removal of old mattresses would have been good considering the price that we paid.

Felt a little bit too sales pitch with a lot of extras trying to be added on ie extra guarantee, taking away old matress, added money on for bed to be put together. To be honest the amount of money spent I would have hoped all of this would have been included, we was given a bit of discount to cover this but being a cynici I imagine the price is higher to allow for the discount. Obviously I am fully aware we don’t get anything for nothing in this day and age 😩

The adjustable beds for disabled people are at the back of the shop and as I struggle with walking i found it difficult.

Because I was perfectly satisfied but I just would not use the expression'highly satisfied'. '

The staff were very polite, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. The products do seem expensive but we understand you get what you pay for and that the product should last at least 8 years. However, they are expensive to replace and being unsure, if its the right purchase as only time of use can tell.
