No specific reason. Looking back now I should have said highly..its just such an extreme statement whilst not having tried the product for any length. The service was very good.

Overall, I was very satisfied - but wasn't able to have the bed frame/headboard combo I originally wanted (headboard advertised in more than one colour, but not in the colour I needed to match the frame). I am. however, satisfied with the headboard Michalea pointed out and advised on as an alternative; and am excited to see how the bed will look 'in situ' when it arrives.

I never put highly satisfied as you might lesson your standards and there is always room for improvement. Hugo who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and done a great job.

We weren’t offered to use the Machine to advise us on the right mattress for us , but now we have the mattress we chose we are very happy
