good customer service, friendly but not pestering

It is a new store so clean and tidy. I was approached by a helpful assistant called Hugo who helped me buy a mattress which was in stock and he carried it to my car for me.

Very helpful staff especially Hugo Carneiro who answered all our questions and explained all the different mattress types to us which helped us choose a mattress with the support and comfort we were looking for in the price range we could afford.

Stephen Stedman was new to the sales position. He was very professional and assisted in every way, what questions he was not able to answer (and we asked lots) he asked for advise from management so we were given the full and correct information. He will be a great asset to your company and was a pleasure to do business with.

On entering the store I was welcomed...Michaela came over asking if I needed any help...she took me through all the different mattresses explaining what they were made of and gave me a pillow to try the beds out...at all times I didn't feel I was being hurried or that she was trying to get me to buy.... The store itself is very friendly... I will not hesitate in recommending it to family and friends.
