Dreams - Lowestoft

I was highly satisfied as I came into store knowing what I wanted as I had already seen online, but want to go into store to test the mattress before purchasing. I found the product with ease, found an available member of staff called Wendy I believe, she was absolutely lovely, explained about the delivery etc.

as soon as we went in the shop we were greeted & they gave as some time to look around before asking if they could help . we had to wait for a till to become free & they made us a coffee while we waited.

Stephen was very courteous and helpful. As we were looking at all the beds on show he checked with us to see if we needed any further help a couple of times or any further information about the beds.

First time I have used Dreams. Needed a new mattress so thought I would give them a visit. The staff were very good and very accomodating. Look forward to receiving the goods

I walked in the store and immediately michaela came over to me but after asking if i needed help and me replying "no " she just let me browse and look on my own.

The staff where very good and extremely helpful with had conversations with both Stephen & Michaela. Stephen dealt with our purchase and was very professional.
