From the moment we entered the store we felt our needs were being listened to. Michaela offered us coffee and at every stage everything was clearly explained to us

Hugo and Stephen were a great team and were very helpful. Such a good atmosphere and also had a great laugh whilst sorting out our purchase. Thank you both so much for your help and positive attitudes and guidance! Cannot wait to get our bed now :)

Very friendly. The sales assistant was obviously highly trained and she knew what she was talking about without pressuring me into buying anything

Your staff were so well informed. Not at all pushy .Answered all our questions. And most of all had patience with us. The staff did not rush us. Even gave us a drink which was welcome.

Your Assistant was very helpful nd the business was carried out with no problem Pleas note that the time of purchase is a best guess as the time on the till receipt was 11:44 clearly incorrect

The whole process was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner. I will shop here in the future as I was impressed with the service and help I received from Stephen and Michaela. Overall I was impressed with the friendly welcoming atmosphere in store by all staff.

we visited store 354 and after being shown of all the different types of mattresses and pillows by the lovely wendy and being explained about them we decided on the one with pillows and was shown to the very nice Michaela who sorted and explained our bill to pay and even being asked if we wanted a drink which wendy did for us was such a nice touch!! I cannot remember the guys name now but with Michaela this guy so explained to us all the benefits of having cover plus the warranties and was so chatty and friendly and even had us laughing!!....thankyou for a great service and we look forward to trying our new mattress out in a weeks time
