Hugo, was so very friendly. I was looking for a cabin bed for my daughter, he showed me all available products on line and in store, he moved furniture to show different configurations available and took different measurements for me, the whole time being friendly showing genuine concern down to the last detail off the mattress height I was planning on using for safety reasons. Placing the order had a few computer problems but I was offered refreshment and left very satisfied and happy with my purchase.. I look forward to receiving it, this being the only negative the quote off 4-6 weeks.

The assistant was very helpful and all staff were very pleasant and offered drinks and chatted whilst waiting for the order to go through.
